2. Trend Hospitality Obligations

• Trend Hospitality shall not be held liable for any loss of data or information resulted from delays, undelivered orders or orders which don't get to the recipient, caused by events beyond Trend Hospitality control, or its suppliers� or by user�s errors of omission. Trend Hospitality excludes any suggestions or guarantees that:
  1. the service will run uninterruptedly or without errors
  2. possible damages will be remedied
  3. the service, or server put at users' disposal is free of viruses, or of other components that might harm the users, and cannot be held liable for any actions you undertake on the basis of the respective information or service
• Under no circumstances Trend Hospitality can be held liable for any loss of direct or indirect nature, as a result of or related in any way to the use or performance degree of the service, of this website or of websites related to this one.
• Trend Hospitality liability (if this is established by a judge court or by an arbitration court), in case of any act or fact or resulted in any other way from or in connection with the provision of services according to this contract, is limited to EUR 15 in case of each event or in case of any series of several events.

• The Client agrees to use the service only for legal purposes. The client undertakes:

  2. not to allow to a third party (and not to authorize him) to use the Trend Hospitality service or network to send or receive materials of bawdy nature, or threatening, aggressive libelous materials, contravening to any law or legal disposition in force
  3. not to develop (not to allow) cracking or hacking activity, or "Denial of service" attacks. Users who violate the system or network security can be civilly or criminally sued
• The client agrees to free from liability and not to take legal actions against Trend Hospitality regarding any claims from a third, as a result of client's using the Trend Hospitality service or network and Internet, also regarding any losses (direct, indirect, as a consequence or of other nature), costs, actions, law suits, claims, damages, expenses (including trial expenses) or other liabilities, suffered in any way o directly caused by Trend Hospitality as a result of the client�s breaching or ignoring these terms and conditions.
• At customer's expense lies payment for all additional expenses related to use of service including those that might be required by the provider of telephony services or Internet.

4. Security

• the client is informed that Trend Hospitality cannot control and offers no suggestion, guarantees or conditions regarding the security or content of information that get through its communication network and through Internet or Services.
• The client is informed that services are available on Internet and although Trend Hospitality will do their best to maintain information security, they cannot guarantee the permanent safety of the information the Client receives or send using Trend Hospitality Services.

5. Using connection to other networks or third services

• The service can be used by the Client to find out different information posted by Trend Hospitality on WEB, to connect to other Networks or websites worldwide and the Client undertakes to comply with usage policies valid for those networks or sites. The client accepts the state of fact that Trend Hospitality doesn't control these sites, in not liable for and takes no obligation regarding other sites, any link from other sites or their contents.
• Any inclusion of links to other sites or networks is done only for the Client's help and does not imply Trend Hospitality support to the material available on or via those websites or networks, nor any association with their operators. The Client accesses those sites and uses their products and services at his own risk.
• Trend Hospitality, akes no guarantee that the services or contents supplied by third sources are acceptable and available anywhere in Romania. If the Client accesses other contents or services from third websites, Trend Hospitality is not liable for the Client's compliance with the by-laws or with other legislative acts in force in those countries.

6. Personal information

By accessing this website you agree with the fact that Trend Hospitality is entitled to insert the name and other information concerning the Client, as a result of the latter's using the service, in a computerized data base for the following purposes:

1. so that Trend Hospitality uses the data for sales and marketing purposes
2. to prevent and detect fraud and offences
3. Trend Hospitality can offer the information gathered from the Client to other providers of services or products which, in Trend Hospitality opinion, might be of interest to the client.

This kind of modifications shall be notified to the client by posting on web la www.trendhospitality.ro website. Modifications operated like this are considered to be accepted by the Client if the latter continues to use the service after posting them on the website.
• Force Majeure - Trend Hospitality takes no responsibility for the impossibility of complying with the obligations foreseen under these terms and conditions, as a result of any of the causes out of its control, including but not limiting to accidental events, unfavorable weather, Government action or inaction, other networks or other competent authorities, for which Trend Hospitality is not responsible.
• Jurisdiction - this website (exclusively sites of third parties to which there are links) is controlled by Trend Hospitality. By accessing this website, the Client accepts that this contract and any disputes related to it are governed and interpreted according to the Romanian laws and the Client admits to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Romania's law courts. This website can be accessed from anywhere in Romania and from abroad. Trend Hospitality offers no assurance that the content of this site is subject to the laws (including those of intellectual property) of other countries but Romania. If the client accesses this website outside Romania, he does this at his own risk and is the only responsible for obeying the laws of the territory he is on.
