Raluca Buciuc joined Colliers International in 2002 and she is currently occupying the position of Associate Director in the Valuation and Advisory Department.

Raluca started her activity by coordinating the mortgage valuation program, collaborating with banks like ING Bank, HVB Bank, ABN Amro Bank and Raiffeisen Bank. As a specialist on corporate clients, she performed over 300 appraisals and has worked with the most renowned developers, investors or financial institutions present on the market.

She is an experienced valuer for income producing assets including office, retail, leisure and industrial properties. Her most important clients are involved in retail and hotel developments.

Raluca holds a degree in Business Administration and Master in Communication Management. She is also is a Member of ANEVAR and of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
