Mr. Litzenberger has been Vice President, International Development for Marriott International, Inc. since 1997.  His responsibility addresses development and conversion opportunities for all of  Marriott's many brands in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Prior to rejoining Marriott in 1997, he headed the Hospitality and Leisure Services Group for Arthur Andersen in Frankfurt, Germany.

Mr. Litzenberger has a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver (Colorado) and is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
