Becky has a B.A. from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Wheeling Jesuit University, and has been on the BARE team since January 2007. Becky has an established record of improving consistency in hotel evaluations, building a team approach with a world-wide staff of evaluators, and expanding quality audits across brands.  Becky authored the Quality Consultant training model used internationally by BARE’s Hospitality Department and continues to train our hospitality management teams.  Her skills and aptitude at building client relationships have resulted in partnerships with multiple clients as programs are built and implemented around the globe, leading projects from vision to execution.
